You have to raise lots of funds right? What shapes most politicians in our State? Donations right? The RPAC (political action committee) has donated money and endorsed a guy for RMC (who oversees deeds and mortgages in Charleston County) who just moved here three years ago and doesn't even own a property in the County, according to the incumbent.
