Grace Hill has a unique computerized bartering system, the M.O.R.E. Time Dollar Exchange (MTDE), which brings neighbors together to volunteer their time and wealth of talents to help each other meet day-to-day needs. Participants earn a Time Dollar for every hour of service that they provide to other members.
