Tune in as Sister Jenna reflects on Soul Consciousness and shares special meditations. Visualize yourself as a spiritual being, an infinitesimally tiny star, a minute point of invisible luminous non–physical energy, that is, as a soul. Is this really who I am? For so long, I have thought of myself as woman, or man; as a physical being rather than a spiritual being… Allow yourself to experiment. For a few moments think of yourself as a tiny star of pure living light – the light of the energy of consciousness. Think of yourself as a soul, the 'being' located in the center of your forehead, behind the 'windows' of your eyes. When you are in this awareness, you are soul conscious. This is your spiritual identity. When I am soul conscious, my sense of identity is derived from the inherent worth of the soul, rather than from the limited impermanent image of the body. After self–realization comes self–remembering. To remember who I am is to develop the ability to maintain soul consciousness as I think, move and interact – to mindfully use my mind and body with wisdom, care for them with accuracy and discipline, and communicate respect and love through my attitude, thoughts, vibrations and expressions.
