What's wrong with our neighborhoods? How can we fix them? Mark Lakeman is someone you might know from the neighborhood transformations he’s been involved with in Portland Oregon. He's the co-founder of the non-profit placemaking organization The City Repair Project, and principal of the community architecture and planning firm Communitecture. Mr. Lakeman is also an urban place-maker, permaculture designer and community design facilitator.
