I'm joined by Political Strategist Brad Bannon as we discuss a recent Justice Department report regarding Police treatment of mentally ill Americans, as well as Hillary Clinton’s newly released plan to address mental health treatment. We also analyze why there is a stigma and a shame associated with mental illness in our country, and how we can begin to change that.
Brad runs Bannon Communications Research, a polling, message development and media firm which helps labor unions, progressive issue groups and Democratic candidates win public affairs and political campaigns.

He lectures in Political Science at Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts.
