When Paul wrote Romans, he had not yet been to Rome, but he had been preaching the gospel since his conversion and now this more MATURE Evangelist had been presented the opportunity to introduce himself to a church he had never visited. Romans is considered the greatest exposition of Christian Doctrine anywhere in Scripture, for its orderly, logical and profoundly theologically truthful. Romans 1 alone could possibly take us 2 hours to get through. If you are an unbeliever, Romans 1 in itself will prove to you how you have NO EXCUSE!
