Chef Debbie Lee had it all: a successful restaurant, cookbook and becoming a finalist on Season 5 of "Food Network Star." She was also very overweight, feeling rundown and battling a food addiction, neglecting her health for years. Lee's wakeup call came in her 40s when she was diagnosed as prediabetic.
