We celebrate winners more than losers.  The truth is there are more losers than there are winners so can I talk to the losers today?  If you have ever failed at something raise your hand?  If you have ever failed at something you really wanted raise your hand?  And you know I can’t see you right?  I’m just saying. (smile)
How many things have you tried and not succeeded at?  A lot.  I know you are frustrated.  And that leads to anger.  Then guilt.  But stop.  Don’t let what’s normal take you out and down further.
You get wisdom when you retain what you learned from making mistakes or the mistakes of others.  When you have made the mistake, the learning experience means more.
Everything is relative.  If you failed what is the worst thing that could happen?  If it is not death or serious bodily injury to yourself or another then it is probably survivable.  What we dread the most is damage to our ego’s and pride.  If you can ratchet your pride down, the mistake usually isn’t that bad.
There is a reason why God teaches us to be humble.  You don’t fall from so high a place when you are closer to the ground.
Failure is relative.  In business, you count the money.  With your family, you count the amount of trust you have, as well as the finances and love.  In a career, it is often the amount of confidence others have in you, or the potential they think you are worth (trust again).
Fear of failure is one of the prime motivators for us not to move.  We even have found acceptable ways to stall.  Some people will over analyze a problem and talk themselves right out of doing something.  It is called an paralysis of analysis.

Don't be afraid to fail. Don't waste energy trying to cover up failure. Learn from your failures and go on to the next challenge. It's OK to fail. If you're not failing, you're not growing. H. Stanley Judd
Woody allen said - “If you're not failing every now and again, it's a sign you're not doing anything very innovative.
