Swiss Re called together many scientists and opinion formers for a conference on nutrition as they are tired of paying out for illnesses or deaths which could have been prevented. There were Professors from McMasters University in Canada, King's College London, Cambridge, Oxford, Yale, Harvard, Stanford, Sidney and Tufts. Very high powered stuff.
