Mrs. Green speaks with Stephen Ritz - educator, innovator, social entrepreneur, keynote speaker and overall ROCK STAR. He believes that we can grow ourselves into new opportunity and academic success by growing healthy kids, healthy food, and healthy communities. He has helped to create blocks and blocks of community gardens under a major expressway that was once just wasted space. He is about a fair and livable wage for his graduates and he believes in helping some of the most at-risk get to college. He believes in urban farming, urban renewal and he is living proof that all things are possible when it comes to changing lives.
