We also discussed a real-world issue with our producer (Tony) at his work with the SMTP relay service. They seem to be thrashing their 250 relay per day limit. He is sure there is no workstation spamming and he knows what the issue is. Either he has to up his relay count or better yet, employ a service like Constant Contact for mailing lists.
