This is an interview with Anthony Moretti from the Robert Morris University, near Pittsburgh, USA. He visited us - mainly to do guest lectures in the journalism department at Liverpool John Moores University - from March 7-14 2015.
As well as being an 'ordinary' academic, Anthony is Director of CITADEL - the Center for Innovative Technology and Directed Engaged Learning - at the Robert Morris University in Moon Township.
We first met when we were attending the Broadcast Education Association annual Convention in Las Vegas.
After some 12 years as a broadcast journalist, Anthony became an academic.
He had quite a varied week, as we shall here; everything from high culture to a rugby league match, as guest of Sky Sport. Here we are in Warrington, Cheshire, the evening before he returned to the USA.
