Jennifer Braceras, Senior Fellow, Independent Women's Forum is a conservative, Hispanic, female attorney and former Commissioner with the US Commission on Civil Rights. She is uniquely positioned to discuss SCOTUS pick on civil rights grounds (re: arguments that Kavanaugh is a threat to women’s rights, immigration, minority rights, voting rights, etc).
