Richard McCarty serves as the director of research for Americans for Limited Government Foundation. In these duties, he is the editor of the SEIUMonitor.com and has published a number of papers related to labor union oversight functions and the stability of the electric energy grid. McCarty is a graduate of William and Mary College and is involved in local Virginia GOP politics.
