Dr. Everette Piper — He is the President of Oklahoma Wesleyan University. He is a contributing columnist for The Washington Times. Colorado Civil Rights Commission. The decision has been described as a win for religious freedom and at the same time, it has been described as a small win. The Court should have given a full throated defense of religious freedom. But to get a 7-2 win, the court provided a weak decision. We will discuss the pluses and minuses of this landmark case.
