Today we are talking about surface level decision making.
This is something that I see a lot of people doing, it is not only not the best way to make decisions, it is something that absolutely holds people back in their growth. We have not been trained how to make good decisions, and because of that, we end up with what I call surface level decision making.
Definition: Making the first decision you see, or taking information from what's right in front of you, and not going any further. Coming up with the first thing that pops in your mind, and taking that as the answer.
