Christians must never trust in this world and its leaders to ever bring us to the righteousness of the kingdom of God which Jesus preached. Whichever party (or no party) the believer may support, we must all resist and reject the absurd lie that says or even remotely implies that a sinful man or a wicked woman can ever lead us to true righteousness as a nation. It will never happen, and to think God is truly glorified by either party is to ignorance at best and idolatry at worst.
