Description

Trigger points are a major part of our "technological" posture. Don't know what that is? Check your cell phone for status updates, freeze, and then self evaluate. You are probably rounded through the shoulders, mid back hunched, and head forward. This applies a crap-load (technical term) of stress on the back and neck muscles and shortens the muscles on the front of the chest, shoulders, and neck. Long term utilization of this posture creates trigger points and all the stretching, massaging, and mashing in the world will not take care of it unless you restore appropriate posture... this session explains more. Enjoy.
