Description

I'm reaching out to share some thoughts on our collective journey, reflecting on where we've been, where we are now, and where we're headed in the future.
This week, we're celebrating the principle of Ujima, a Swahili term that stands for collective work and responsibility. This principle highlights the importance of working together to build and maintain our community. It’s a reminder that we’re all in this together, and we each have a role to play in shaping our collective future.
It's also the perfect time to talk about our daily toast ritual. This simple act of raising our glasses together serves as a symbol of unity and shared purpose. It's a moment to hold space for each other, to voice our hopes and dreams, and to bolster our collective resolve as we navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead.
So, here's to our past, present, and future - may we continue to grow together, learn from each other, and build a community that reflects our shared values and aspirations.
I encourage you to partake in this week's Ujima and daily toast ritual. Let's pull together and make a difference in our community.
