En este episodio te comparto la entrevista que tuve con Griselda (Gricho) Albo, diseñadora industrial de profesión, y como segunda profesión y hobbie amante del yoga. Gricho tiene un centro de yoga en Querétaro, México. Practica y comparte diferentes estilos de yoga desde muy pasivos como yin yoga hasta muy activos como diferentes estilos de vinyasa: prana flow, rocket yoga, mandala vinyasa, soul yoga, tripsichore.
Practica yoga desde 2006, y se ha certificado con algunos de los mejores maestros a nivel mundial
Por todo lo que ha recibido, Gricho siente la responsabilidad de dar, y por eso su interés en compartir estas prácticas, filosofía, sanación, estilo de vida con otras personas y que más personas puedan encontrar su propio camino de bienestar para seguir creciendo y evolucionando.
