Terry Lovelace is a native of St. Louis Missouri. After high school he served from 1973 to 1979 in the USAF as a medic/EMT. He spent his enlistment assigned to Whiteman Air Force Base Hospital emergency room as a first responder. He completed a bachelor's degree in psychology cum laude at Park University and a law degree from Western Michigan.
He was admitted to the bar and practiced law in Michigan, Vermont and the U.S. Territory of American Samoa. In 1977 while wilderness camping in an Arkansas state park he and a friend were abducted and subjected to painful medical procedures. What followed was a lifetime of nightmares. For fear of losing his job and damage to his standing in the legal community he never disclosed the encounter until 2012, when a routine x-ray of his leg found an anomalous object in his knee.
In 2018 he disclosed his experience in a book Incident at Devils Den on Amazon as an eBook, AudioBook and paperback. He'll be a speaker at Contact in the Desert May 31st through June 3rd at Indian Wells, Palm Springs.
