Jim is in Pasadena for todays show where the wind and rain is coming in. He starts with an email before moving to some calls. He gets questions about a leaking outside A/C unit, a deck, another A/C issue about compatible units, a patio, a water heater light going out, and a lot more. In the second hour Jim takes more calls and talks to an engineer who designed a post pulling machine that he’s been interested in talking to.
