Raiders head coach Jon Gruden feels good about his recent draft class, specifically because they come from a culture of winning. That sounds great, but being a winner at an early age comes with it a sense of entitlement that winning comes naturally or a need to let others know how good it was someplace else. There is little about the Raiders franchise that screamed out they were winning anytime soon.
