You had to expect that New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft wasn't going to agree to a plea bargain in his case alleging the 77-year-old solicited sex from a prostitute at a "day spa" in Florida.
But you also have to expect that Kraft has faced similar challenges in the past, ironically enough due to his ownership of the Patriots.
If there's video evidence, it's just another version of "SpyGate".
If there's a case to be made about the legal definition of what is and what isn't a sex act, then much like the ballyhooed "Tuck Rule", the Patriots weathered that storm as well.
And if this has ANYTHING to do with deflated balls.... well, I'll let you work on that one yourself.
