Talked with Marjorie Waldo, President and CEO, Arts Garage. Their mission is to "deliver innovative, diverse, meaningful and accessbile visual and performing arts experiences to Delray Beach and South Florida." Arts Garage offers Music, Visual Arts, Arts Education, Comedy, Theatre and opportunities to volunteer. Arts Garage had open mic nights for comedy, poetry and all arts. They have a wide variety of music including upcoming shows with Ann Hampton Callaway on May 17th and 18th, Tito Puente Jr on May 31st, Comedy with Irene Tu on June 7th, the play Dissonance June 14th as well as The Color Purple The Musical featuring students from Palm Beach County.
