They are getting ready for the STEM Innovation awards and the deadline for listeners to submit nominations is August 9th. Nominees can be individuals, corporations, educators, scientists and non-profit organizations, tech club, . The awards ceremony will be September 7th from 6-9pm. We also talked about the shark week events that are wrapping up (can still get pic in the shark cage after) their sensory days, mini golf, science trail, brain exhibition and a new traveling exhibit, "Hall of Heroes". They can also host large groups for training, weddings, birthdays. Iheart just did a training day there and we were able to enjoy the stand alone learning center and then a round of golf for team building.
