4-H has a program called “Changemakers” which seeks to unite young people with older people to improve Tech-literacy. Agent Allie Griner County Extension agent for 4-H explains the efforts being made by Alabama A&M, Auburn and Tuskegee University to reach people in Alabama’s poorest rural communities in hopes this will improve employment and reduce poverty.
