Alabama Author and resident Natasha Williams talks about her new book Pushing Forward where she shares her struggles with depression and the profound benefit she found in the cathartic relief of writing the book. She found that many others have been helped by the book, and she now has launched a platform to help other local authors get published so that they too may find their relief and a way out of depression and a path back to a more healthy life
