My wife and I have been saving for 5 years to afford our first house in South Seattle and FINALLY the perfect one came up. It has a screened in porch for me, the bathroom and yard she wanted, everything is perfect AND it's in our price range. I want to pull the trigger on it, but Sylvia says no because it's across from a cemetery. Yes, I understand that she's spiritual and she feels it would be weird living there but CMON, in this real estate climate this house will never come around again. GET OVER IT!
