I am BEYOND mad right now - for the last three years my husband and I have owned a small cafe in downtown Tacoma. We've struggled against some early bad reviews and made a lot of headway and then wouldn't you know it? I discovered that one of my harshest critics on Yelp is my supposed friend for the last 20 years. I can't believe it! I know she likes to fancy herself a pro reviewer but at MY EXPENSE?? With friends like these - who needs enemies?
