I live in in South Park on a dream street - a great bunch of neighbors who all love and care for their property. Except one guy who happens to live directly to my right. He has two cars, one is a monster truck looking behemoth and he insists on always parking them right on his front lawn. There's lots of room on the street and he even has a carport in his backyard but nope - not for him. Everyday, there they are on the lawn. All the neighbors agree it's an eyesore but what can we do?
