Life Eternal brings us to chapter thirteen of John where we find the preparation and prayers that the Lord was praying to His Father. We know here that the Father had given him power over all flesh so that he would give eternal life to as many as the Father had given him. The Life eternal brings us to the fact that this eternal life is about bringing the believers to the point that they know the only true God and Jesus Christ whom the father sent. John seventeen, verses two and three record this saying " As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. And this is #lifeeternal, that they might know thee the only #trueGod, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." Christ did not come to bring backslidden religiosity, but an on fire, wisdom filling, and knowledge understanding of our #God and #Father and our #Lord #JesusChrist. Today more than ever the #Christian must be in tune with the #Lord #Spiritually, being #redeemed by the #blood of the #Lamb, guided by #HisSpirit, and bringing the #goodnews of #salvation to those around us. #LifeEternal
