She’s taken to doing clothing exchanges with her friends, and it’s a problem for two reasons. First, the clothes I’ve bought for her weren’t exactly cheap, and I have an issue with them just being given away to friends who might now ever give them back. Second, her friends are far more “adventurous” with their wardrobes, and my daughter and have had serious blow outs over it not being appropriate for her show that much of her body off while out and about. I’m tired of fighting about it, and I know that I’m the dad, but I also fully realize that what she wears when she leaves the house could be way different when she goes to someone else’s house and changes. How do I deal with this?
