Throughout the Bible we learn about the character of God and how we respond to God. Our purpose as followers of Christ is to worship Him. God responds to our worship. Gratitude equals thankfulness with heart, acknowledging God’s place in our lives and faith in who God is and what He can do. Living with gratefulness goes beyond the verbal expression of gratitude, it involves actions and true gratitude expresses “thank you” not solely from our mouths, but also our hearts.
