Pastor Greg Timms shared this past Sunday at our Christmas Service that God’s nature is all about giving. God is a generous God. We can often feel like God’s gift doesn’t feel like the gift we were expecting. Instead of it being an awesome gift it ends up feeling like an upside-down gift... Jesus said in this world we will face trouble, but be of good cheer because I have overcome the world. Our anchor is this, we go back to Jesus and everything will be ok. Jesus is the best gift and Jesus is the best gift-giver we can ask for. Everything comes back to Jesus.
