In my mind spirituality and religion are BOTH integral to a healthy and whole life. Yet, the human family has relegated them to be mutually excluded narrowing the definition of each. Spirituality tends to deal with the experience of NOW, and Religion seeks to place that experience within a context of continuity and meaning, whether an institution or not. …two sides of a single coin!
