Through a partnership between the Port of Portland and Portland Street Art Alliance, local artists created a mural in the north pedestrian tunnel at PDX that celebrates the people, history and natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest. We hear from Alliance Executive Director Tiffany Conklin, and several of the diverse people who are depicted on the mural.
