We're back again folks with another action commentary filled with silly voices, songs, rude humour and a whole heap of action appreciation and passion.
This week's film is the low budget, 90s, shot in Russia, actioner ARMSTRONG starring Frank Zagarino and Joe Lara, directed by one half of Cannon Films Menachem Golan and produced by the chaps behind The Expendables.
It's a lot of fun and features a basically-topless extended foot chase.
