Margaret, Todd and Claire speak with Anne LeBlanc - Health Services Manager RPN; Nicole Ivanusevic - Life enrichment manager and infection control; Christoph Summer - owner operator administrator of Mountainview Residence and Terrace about how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected normal operations at the residence, and how they've all pitched in together. While some staff were unable to work due to health concerns, everyone, from cleaning staff to kitchen staff did whatever was necessary to keep the facility functioning, and a positive environment during the worst times. They even held a prom for the students that were working there!
