I sat down with CSUN colleague Karen (Graduating class 2018!) and had some heart felt conversations.Two days after graduating, Karen went on a 4 week adventure in Europe. During her trip she had some realizations about career and pursuing something that brings you joy. Our conversation eventually became heavier as we talked about childhood trauma and its impact in our adult life. I would like to thank my guest/ co-host Karen for being so open about her past- which encouraged me to also be more open about my troubles and substance addiction. We cover personal experiences in career paths, passions in life, mental health and more!
