I’ve been limiting my time using social media. Social media is powerful because
It’s helped shed light on injustice & police brutality to where it couldn’t be ignored.
Social media has also been emotionally/ mentally draining. Seeing posts about racism, and repeatedly viewing the deaths of
Black people at the hands of law enforcement repeatedly on your newsfeed can take its toll.
