Today I have Yessica aka Retired Stoner Girl on the podcast to talk about her journey in sobriety. Yessica and I ran in similar creative circles a few years ago & I had no idea she was a high functioning addict. She has been sober since 5/1/21 & she talks about the first time she got drunk & high, how it made her feel & how she became gradually dependent on these substances which led her to a rock bottom in life.
