Он верил что они не заслуживают милости, и хотел чтобы наказание за их грех пришло в исполнение. He believed that they did not deserve mercy, and wanted to see their punishment come to fruition. In this episode of Light in the Dark, Evgeniy Bakhmutskiy (pastor of Russian Bible Church, in Moscow, Russia), reminds us that often times we are just like Jonah, who in our self righteousness demand justice for the sins of the people, and forget that we ourselves are sinners who were forgiven in Jesus Christ.
