These days the old arguments of "a blob of cells" is long gone. They are actually sanctioning the killing of the "accidentally" (botched abortions) born. Once that line is crossed. The "imperfectly" born is next.
BTW, how do you "botch" an abortion? It is pretty simple to snip the spine in utero. I suspect it is another red herring used to facilitate the deliberate torture and murdering by psychopaths of the most vulnerable of human life in satanic hatred and mockery of God's creation.
It, like ordering soldiers to kill civilians by "accident" allows the inclusion of the unwitted in their perverse killing of the innocent, affecting, bruising or outright ruining their lives/souls with guilt when realized.
