Description

This week my guest is Sports Psychologist Dr. Michelle Deering of Curative Connections. She prides herself in these 3 skills: listening intently, thinking deeply, and loving passionately. Those qualities led her to pursue a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology, get licensed as a psychologist, and focus on helping the next generation of young people see themselves clearly, clarify their goals, and engage in the processes needed to reach their goals. She’s also very passionate about helping moms who desire to improve their mothering of the next generation, which is the focus of this episode, and the subject of her book What Mothers Never Tell Their Daughters: 5 Keys to Building Trust, Restoring Connection, and Strengthening Relationships.
