BsAbs are artificial antibodies that have defined specificities and can bind to two different antigens or epitopes. They have been proven to be effective as therapeutic agents and widely researched in scientific or clinical purpose. We leverage different technological approaches to generate BsAbs of different formats. And according to the antibody srructure, BsAbs and other bispecific immunotherapeutics that we can provide are claasified into five major groups: bispcific IgGs, appended IgGs, BsAb fragments, bispecific fusion proteins and BsAb conjugates.
