Kelli Bailey had just moved back to Florida, buying her first home near her parents in a seemingly safe neighborhood. When Kelli fails to show up for her shift at the hospital, a gruesome discovery is made at her home by her Stepfather.
Fun Fact: In the Sunshine State, an old special law prohibits unmarried women from parachuting on Sunday. Although it hasn't been officially struck down, it is never applied.
