Description

In this episode, #JonathanvanBilsen visit's Canada's largest city, #Toronto, known affectionally as Toronto the Good. The reason for the nickname dates back to the city's Victorian propensity for moral stiffness. The term was coined by former mayor William Howland who, in the words of the #TorontoStar, was "an anti-vice, anti-gambling, anti-liquor, Bible-thumper."

Today Toronto has grown to a bustling, multicultural melting pot of 7 million people and boasts some of the finest theatres and restaurants in the world. Join Jonathan as he discovers some hidden gems of this popular city.
