This practice will guide you to focus on the breath, and to gently bring the mind back to the present moment when it wanders. It is normal for the mind to wander.
Non-striving is also introduced in this meditation, the practice of being in the moment, without having to do or be anything, provides a powerful counterbalance to our daily culture of striving.
