Hey podcast fam! Hope you're all well.

This podcast is out for those who are beginning with their fitness journey. I wish someone would have taught me this when I first started. Sure, technique is important and we won't touch on that today.

Listen in on the podcast to find out what I think is the most important factor when starting off to train. This will help build the central nervous system, allowing better contraction and work more on building muscle (muscle hypertrophy).
